Here at PuppyPlayGround.com we view pet ownership as a very
big responsibility. Unfortunately just loving them is not nearly enough,
it has been our experience that "We love them to death and kill them
with kindness" far to often. One visit to
your local shelter will show that picture far to
vividly.

A
lot goes into being a responsible pet owner and of course love is a big
part but you are responsible for teaching your pet the skills he will
need to survive in our human world. Being able to sit and down and come
are important skills but Proper socialization should be with out a doubt
the basis of this education. There are many groups available such as
obedience clubs and dog fancy clubs, these types of clubs are a great but
in our view  seem to focus very heavily on competitive
skills and often just on-lead skills. When most of the people we see are much
more concerned with a dog that they can live with and not make them too
crazy. A dog that they don't need to be concerned will eat the neighbor.

The
Puppy PlayGround has been an amazing tool in this quest for
proper socialization. The Puppy PlayGround allows your dog
to socialize of course with other dog but also people, kids, crowds and
all in a very controlled environment. Most importantly it is FUN, FUN, FUN The Puppy PlayGround is very
different from the Dog
Park format because
of the controls that we have implemented.
